Do I need to make an appointment?
There is no need to make a booking. Just pop in during out open hours and allow 2 hours for your repair. You can wait in-store, visit one our the many local cafes in New Brighton or pop back once its ready to collect.
Can I pay with buy now, pay later?
Yes, we are happy to offer Afterpay – In-store only
Does my repair come with a warranty?
We offer a hassle-free 182-day warranty on all parts. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues, and we’ll be happy to help out.
Is it worth repairing my phone?
Whilst the pricing will vary depending on the device, it if often much cheaper to replace the faulty part on an otherwise functional mobile phone than to replace the whole phone or purchase a brand new mobile phone.
Will I lose my data?
In most cases, no — screen and battery replacements do not affect your data. However, we always recommend backing up your device before any repair, just in case.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 1–2 hours. For less common devices or repairs that require parts to be ordered, we’ll give you a clear timeframe when you book in.
